About DPL MTS
Perpetual, commercial licenses of DPL include 90 days of maintenance and technical support (MTS). You will
receive a renewal notice approximately one month before your MTS expires. If you did not
receive a notice and would like to renew your MTS, please contact
sales.
All annual, commercial licenses include MTS.
Getting Support
While on MTS, you can send an email to
Syncopation Support or call
+1 866 796 2375 (+1 978 233 2509 outside the US) and press 2 at the voice prompt.
Before calling, please have the following information at hand:
- Your serial number
- Your 5-digit DPL release number (DPL 7.XX.XX, see Help | About DPL)
- The version of Windows on your computer
- The version of Excel, if applicable
- The precise wording of any error messages, if applicable
Technical support is available weekdays (excluding holidays) from 9:30 a.m.
to 5:30 p.m. US Eastern time (GMT-5).
